I’m just here to give thanks to Travis!! Day 1 our instructor introduced his videos to the class. Since then, we had switch instructors twice (due to a family emergency with the first one) and it’s been so hard to focus in the class. Travis gives me (and my classmates) the confidence to continue with the Real Estate Course at South Piedmont Community College. I watched each video twice so far and the material makes sooooo much sense. Thank you Travis for having the patience and the passion to teach us!
I would not be making it through my class without your videos. Learned way more from you than anyone else. I love the way you explain things to where we can actually understand. I’m so close!
Thank you, Travis!!! I just got my MD real estate license, and it’s thanks to you! Your videos were extremely helpful, before them I was so lost, especially since English isn’t my first language, you really helped me out understand everything. Will continue to watch your videos because I think you give an amazing advices from the real world when it comes to real estate. I took a real estate classes before, and they just thought us how to pass this exam following the book. And I was so confused and didn’t learn anything after my class was over. You gave so many helpful information that anyone can understand. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I’m tuning in from Louisiana an i have a better understanding of everything I thought 💭 (key word is thought) I learned in the course I’ve taken.. I wish I could attend your lessons but I know the state laws differ. Your the best.
Travis did not discuss the lien agent, which is required in North Carolina. Did anyone see a question about the lien agent on the state exam. Thank you
I have a question about mechanics' lien. Is there any problem to settle the obligatory guarantee for seller (grantor) in the deed with words where seller guarantee that there aren't any rights to claim a lien at this real estate by somebody? Can someone explain me what problem with approach like this?
Excellent content and presentation. Your explanation is so simple and easy to understand. I want to ask if I can purchase a copy of your presentation send via email so I can learn and follow your videos?
Great teacher! At 16:55, isn't the cost of the lien and the amount their owed the same thing? In other words, wouldn't the amount the lienor wants to be paid be $200? What is the other amount Travis is talking bout? Thanks!
The lien costs $$$ to file as well, separately from what is owed. So the wronged party is suing for the $200 work done *and* the additional $$$ they paid to file the lien at the court house.
We are on our 3rd real estate Agent in NC and not one has fought for us. Pre-licensing opens your eyes to how clients should be treated but in reality are absolutely not being treated that way. I have to say....at this point all the agents we’ve hired are pretty sorry. I would put them in the running with lawyers. 🙄
@@rracchhaell I took the course exam and scored a 91% and I’m taking the PSI this week. These videos were especially helpful while taking the course. His videos broke down the information and I had a better understanding! Couldn’t have done it without them. I also utilized a study group which I know helped as well.

Great information
Glad it was helpful!
Hello! Does all the information on every chapter apply in California?

It costs $7 in my NC County to file a lien, not sure where he gets $500 from.
Because most people would have no idea how to begin and would require the assistance of an attorney to draft and appropriately attach the lien.
Should I be watching this if it’s for brokers and not real estate agent ?
Is the same term, public Call them agent, but the legal definition is broker,
Adriana R. In NC all licensed people are brokers. Technically there’s no such thing as an agent in NC. Same w facilitators, they don’t exist as well
Lol “That is Grand Theft” 😂
