How do I get session two? Here's my situation: I'm already too busy with my life and I'm trying to make a transition. I paid for another real estate course and I literally do not have time to sit and read. Can I get this all on audio or video? I commute 2 hours a day anyway. This guy is extremely entertaining and the content is easy absorb. I couldn't be happier to find this! I'll happily pay for more if necessary.

@@akira_mir60 it’s definitely doable but you will be stretched pretty thin I would suggest you save enough to be able to live without any income for about 3 months and put all of your time into getting that first sale within that first 3 months !

I am a real estate beginner I have multiple properties I bought all cash plus land in my native country Dominican Republic. I have 2 successful restaurant in NYC. I see myself doing real estate in the USA but I am not a person who is willing to work for nobody. I am the kind of person that is very ambitious my partner in life is my wife and my two kids and we really think beyond. For example instead of my kids going to college to become a doctor to work for a hospital my kids rather buy a piece of land put a hospital and have doctors work for them. What advice can you give me or better yet can you point me into the right direction on buying and selling homes without being submissive to others
