Building More Features to the New Trail / Hitting Candy and Wylie before the storm / 4-14-24

We got more rain this week so we headed back out to Norco to add more features to the new trail while the dirt is still good. I was actually surprised at how dry the dirt was but we were able to add a few more features. There is a now a double roller to a small kicker, then a small rock huck into a Lily pad step up. The boulder is about 4 feet tall and the gap is about 5 feet. We hope to get more rain so we can continue the trail.
After some digging we hit Candy and Wylie before the rain. It was a solid day with a solid crew. Huge thanks to everyone who came out and helped.

Enjoy these trails while you still can. Crazy how much CZcams and insta have blown these trails up over the past year…I’ve lived in Corona/Norco most my life and I can guarantee the horse community is already complaining for some reason or another, and they always win 🐴

Exactly ! There used to be access years ago between the houses they changed it to a full gate and now you have to ride behind the houses. More traffic…..more complaints !

City councils always trying to shut down mountain biking, like WTF... People are just out there trying to be healthy and have fun.

Yeah it's frustrating but just remember that snowboarding was banned on most mountains back in the day so we just need to stay responsible and respectful to everyone and it will help our fight
