    I love how so many of the barre3 videos have someone separate doing the modifications!!! Really makes it so much easier to follow along.

    The all-4s work with high reps was definitely challenging! I think I would try this standing next time.

    She talks too much. Please, more moving and less talk between and at the start of each routine.
