    I swear by this tea! I had the flu twice this year. The first time I tried over the counter meds and doc prescribe me Tamiflu which made me sicker blah! felt like crap, but the second time I tried this remedy and knocked it out in two days. I can finally breath! Thanks. Keep making videos like this!

    Amazing ingredients! :) I'd just leave the lemon/lime juice to add after it's cooked and slightly cooled down so the Vit C doesn't die from heat :)

    Palm sugar can be substituted with brown sugar or honey. Traditionally people might add spices such as lemongrass, cloves and/or cinnamon stick....

      I usually just eyeball it when it comes to tea...it also depends on your own personal preference! For example, if you're trying to combat symptoms of the flu you're experiencing, I'd use more of the ingredients that help with those symptoms​ than the others 😊
