    I’ve followed Mikhaila’s and my guru, her father, nutrition journey for years. I have every disease and symptoms that she has, so I was quite intrigued. After years of considering her diet, I finally just did it.
    30 days now on just beef, bacon, eggs salt and water. Every single symptom (Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, Incl RA, colitis/IBS, gerd, Reynauds. And depression/anxiety has DISAPPEARED.
    Completely miraculous. But I’ve lost too much weight. I’m 60yo 5’3” female formally 115lbs. Now 30 days later, 104. I cannot afford to loose more weight but would like to continue this diet for my medical problems.
    Hopefully I’ll make it thru another 30days but once I hit 100lbs...I will be adding other food groups.
    Best weight loss diet ... just happen to be underweight with medical problems. Ugh!

      Maybe you could try dairy? Perhaps you can tolerate it? That would quickly resolve the weight problem.

      You loosing weight not because of meat. You loosing weight because you have hyperthyroidism. It boost your metabolism to much. It happened to me to. No matter how much or how little I eat, I keep loosing weight. If you can feel irregular heart beat, or hand shaking. It's hyperthyroidism.

      It takes a while to get over the sugar poisoning, at least 3 days to get the glucose out of your system, longer if you’re detoxing. If you’re still craving sugar after 2 weeks then you might have too much carb in your diet

    I was ruthlessly attacked on Twitter for saying that an all meat diet can be beneficial. In spite of the fact that scientific studies have PROVEN this! I’ve been on Keto for awhile and am going to try the all beef diet. Diabetic with super high blood pressure. Will be interesting to see what happens.

    • @topsecret1837
      @topsecret1837 Před 4 lety

      The real problem with the all beef diet isn’t in the lack of carbs or excess of proteins and fats, but in the cholesterol. If you’re not the type to exercise the only way around that is to do good to your wood. And for the love of god stop using twitter to claim people are attacking you; because there are no standards on social media, you might as well *want* to be as stupid as them.

      Animal products have vitamins and minerals as well. Meaning meat, not dairy, although that’s got calcium and such if you can tolerate it.
