This type of atmosphere really needs to return in Watch Dogs. The fantasy of being a badass vigilante in a gloomy and gritty city is so much better than being a group of teenagers taking down 'The Man.'
one of the best things in this game is the transition from stealth to combat, in so many stealth games i get pissed when i'm detected but idk why not in this game, i guess it's because the entire gameplay just feels so natural because of the smooth animations...i honestly don't know why lol
I hope that one day videos about stealth in the Watch Dogs series is as much appreciated as those in AC. I always loved what they had to offer. Great video.

Bro, I’ve been loving watch dogs legion recently (I honestly think it’s because I got aiden, wrench and Darcy from the season pass) and the stealth in that game is so fricking fun especially when hacking is used to take down enemies, my only problem with the stealth in that game is that when non silenced weapons are used all the enemies just know you’re there, but that seems to not be a problem in wd1 I am sure I’ll try the game down the line, but definitely not now, also, good video 👍
When you did that takedown @1:11 with the pistol can the enemies actually hear that? It's been years since the last time I played WD1 and I never went without the spec ops
Yes, they do. I generally play without silenced weapons because they’re so OP and they encourage cheesy strats. Playing loud is way more fun and it encourages you to move around and flank
