Just realised that group hug scene reminds me of that one memory from final duet: the first time they met her. Aubrey was crying over her lost shoe and everyone tries to comfort her. Now I’m crying more than I used before.

ever since I found out that Aubrey and Sunny’s “push” is parallel, the fact that Sunny is witnessing his friends forgive Aubrey despite what she did strikes my heart. He may be feeling extreme guilt in that moment but also some sort of hope :’)
-spoiler- this song "see you tomorrow" is played on the last day, and ngl, i think thats the answer for if sunny's friends forgive him in the true ending. Sure, knowing the full truth about Mari will sting... a lot... but after four years of feeling a different, yet comparable, sting, Kel, Aubrey, and Hero understand the need now for friends to stick together and be there for each other, even if one of them made a horrible mistake.
Sunny hasn't had a hug in four years and now he's getting three at once this man's head about to explode.
