How Dangerous is Iraq for Americans?
Anything in this video surprise y'all? 🤔
That is Normal in iraq 😐😁
That you were willing to hear and share the truth about the American invasion of Iraq! Thank you for sharing. I guess you're not small brained at all.
@try2justbe lol thank you brother
@@user-ie6bi8wv3v thank you brother happy to do it
not a surprise but, thanks for not calling it 'Chai-tea'
That guy with mustache just wanted to play some domino 😅.
He had a beautiful mustache. Can't lie
@@iamdisgusted I lowkey have a crush on him 😭
@@Katyusha666 oh, I totally understand.
@@Katyusha666don't blame you, iraqis are a good looking bunch
When Ali said,"terrorist mentality is either you're with us or against us"...oh dear America
thats exactly what Bush said at that time
Your longer interview with Ali was very interesting! Having endured such turmoil in his formative years makes it all the more incredible how well balanced, empathetic, and thoughtful he is.
Thanks ma'am I really appreciate your thoughts 🙏
@@alineama914 If you are the real Ali from the video, you should start making videos. From a Western standpoint I could listen to you talk about your experiences and your country for hours, your commentary and your comments/view points carry much weight and are very intelligent.
As someone who was probably around his age,in the U.S.,when 9/11 all occured, but in two different countries, I cannot image what he went through as we both grew to understand the level of it all.
I was in Iraq in 2005 to 2007. The Iraq people were so nice and kind. It was a terrible time, but the people were so brave and strong. They had every reason to complain but did not. The food was amazing and the food from the homes was delicious and served with love even to a stranger. What was done to the country and the people was shameful.
Iraqis really are a different breed . Lovely people
Well, unfortunately, if they'd complain, they'd be beat up in prison
@@SmallBrainedAmericanthank you, much appreciated man ❤️❤️❤️
Were u a soldier?
This is a great interview. I wish all Americans could see it.
Thanks brotha- share with your friends!
Ali is beyond intelligent, and such a amazing person to listen to.
Man, watching this video brought tears to my eyes. My family fled Iraq (to the US) between the 1991 and 2003 invasions, and it's clear that the US Embassy and the general American attitude towards Iraq is negative. It's so important to see people spreading love and sitting side by side with one another. That's something you were able to do in a country that most of the colloquial west would completely discourage you from stepping foot in.
Wish you all the best
Thanks for the love 🙏really means a lot
youre soft
I disagree with you on Americans views about Iraqis. Just about anyone I've ever talked to about them an the war over there know it was bullshit and wrong what our government did to them.
@@gamebred5662all of this!
Ali seems like a really nice and genuine guy, the world needs more people like him.
That guy is awesome. He's a wealth of knowledge
Ali is a legend and we're lucky to have sat down with him. I can honestly say I've got a friend in Iraq
@@SmallBrainedAmericanwhat about ahmed 😭🤣

I am Iraqi and I can support Ali's story n thoughts 100% cuz that's the real thing he spoke.
We have an old saying which means
"This country is your home and we are the visitors". Enjoy Iraq to the fullest💜
That dude is solid. Maybe the most favorite guy I've seen in your videos.
OMG, this Iraqi men Ali are so intelligent and a really great guy 👏👍
I would like him to be my tour guide in Baghdad 😊
Ali is such a soft spoken and intelligent guy. I wish I could meet him one day! Thanks for sharing that experience!
Omg this was so emotional 😭 how much they have suffered I can't imagine. I hope that from now on there will be only prosperity for Iraq 🙏
Yeah and the fact more people didn’t leave is crazy. They must love their homeland
Thanks for your feeling 🤍💔
The interviewee was on point. On a side note the guy with the mustache taking selfies was hilarious!
The mustache guy gave some money to the kid that kissed Conner. Awesome dude
A few funny things going on in this video on top of Ali's wonderful interview. Great one
@@ruilopes00 The mustache guy gave some money to the kid that kissed Conner. Awesome dude
For some reason this story and openness braught me a little tear! what a gem this guy is.
His friends stache is epic. He didnt grow that thing, it grew him.
We’re witnessing genuine human connection and compassion right before our eyes.
This man speaks the truth and gives genuine opinion about the Iraqi people and their lives. May peace and happiness be with the people of Iraq.
damn, Ali is a great person "if youre an extremist, you're dumb" love him for that mentality. doesnt matter what you are as long as you live and let live
True. The US has a lot of extremists too.
Hi iam Iraqi and i would say Ali have done a very good job. And your questions were good as well.
I agree Ali is a top guy 🙌
That Iraqi guy in front of Ali has a superb moustache. Jesus.
They call themselves the crocodiles they are like a community in iraq connected by social media
@@realislam649how come u know this
@@Beyondearth8lmao
They call crocodiles It’s a big group of men the point of their group Is to have men’s look not gay’s look and show the people the braveness of men by standing for other people like In Islam when you want to marry a girl you have to get your family and friends and walk towards her house to show the family that he Is not a fool from the bar but he Is a responsible and good man and all of these people came with him because they believe In him, so some guys don’t have parents or families or enough time to make a group of friends so they ask the crocodiles to come with them and they stand with him after checking his life and personality and reputation.. also the same kind of people need a husband side of people during marriage because It can’t be only a wife side so they come to stand with him with their fancy cars and showing him that he Is not alone, they also give jobs and money or even build houses for homeless people
What is strange is that throughout the video he talks about bad situations during wartime and does not blame America!😊
Because there's no gain in blaming America. America did horrible things and is still doing horrible things no doubt about that but Ali seems so level headed that he knows that complaining and blaming America or Saddam wont better life now nor will it bring back the people lost.
His mindset is to be treasured but sadly not many Iraqis share that sentiment. Cant blame them tho, just imagine other countries if they had to go through what Iraqis suffered. Truly one of the most resilient people.
Yeah he does lmao, and he's right to
no point makin the guys feel uncomfortable when everybody knows who did it
Iraq was pretty kick ass before we wrecked it. Saddam sucked, but that was our fault too. Lots of Iraqis in the Detroit area, they are part of our culture here. Mostly Chaldean.
I remember being a teenager hearing my Dad say "Tony Blair and George Bush just released pandoras box" when they invaded Iraq. I never knew what he meant by that until I got older. Saddam had everything under control.
Wow Ali, you are so wonderful. As an Iraqi I loved this video. Thank you for showing this side of Iraq!!
Your misadventures are a lot of fun, but I think this is one of the best videos you've put out. Thanks for sharing this
Coming here more than a year later as a German. I feel like I sat with you and Ali at that table. I love these cross culture conversations. Ali seems so genuine. Keep doing what you're doing, both of you.
Everyone should see this interview, great insight. Hope for prosperity and peace for all Iraqis
ماشاء الله this iraqi brother is so chill, smart, and great thinker 😄 he was just spitting facts after facts and really great talker. great vid. may allah help Iraq and its people, much love from Saudia 🇸🇦🇺🇸🇮🇶
The more I listen to Muslims from around the world, the more I'm convinced their religion teaches them their amazing values. I'm going to check out Islam and read the Quran.
lol
Do read the Quran only and u can read the Hadith but take Hadith with a grain of salt. Hadith are not accurate & contradictory to the Quran.
Nop trust me its not ❤

*_"American"_* 😄
This deserves so many more views. That gentleman gave a lot insight and a completely different perspective. As you mentioned, we've only been fed one narrative. Thank you for sharing.
What a fascinating and enlightening conversation that is much needed. Ali is a gem. Really puts a human and personal face on the Iraqi people. You asked the questions I would have asked. Thanks for eliciting his story and sharing it with us!
What a cool guy. Loved hearing him speak candidly. What a great experience.
Amazing guy,so humble..another brilliant vlog,ty connor
Wow, this nearly brought me to tears at the end. Such beautiful people, home boy with the rad mustache all taking selfies while am deep into the story telling. I loved it, i'd much like to meet my fellow human beings.
The little boy kissing you really caught me off guard lol.
This interview made me cry these ppl are so incredibly amazing and resilient so humble and loving, breaks my heart what has and is going on over their right now 💔 😢
I appreciate you allowing Ali to share his story and perspective. Really eye opening
its so beautiful to see how nice and welcoming people are especially when it juxtaposes what the media has been saying about iraq. keep doing these vids!
Eyeopener and may the people of Iraq have all the joy and happiness they can possibly get. Hearing Ali was also enlightening.
I love your honest to goodness videos. It's totally honest and raw.
Love hearing Ali speak - thanks for showing a more real side of Iraq than news tells people. I can feel the love in this culture.
Very touching video!
i've only been to one arab country - Morocco - and am not surprised that Iraqis are so friendly. muslims seem to generally be wonderful people. can't wait to see more of their countries.
May the Almighty increase you and bless you for your kind words. Ameen
thank you.
Read about Islam and hospitality. Our religion Islam orders us to be hospitable to whoever no matter what. The Muslims who don't provide give hospitality are HEAVILY frowned upon
Ali is a lot like a boss I had back in 2015 who escaped Iraq as a wartime refugee and came to California. Was one of the kindest persons I will ever meet! أحب كثيرا أخي
Lovely people there . Thank you for introducing them
This is one of your best videos! You should interview more people from the countries you visit, it's interesting to see how different people think etc.
One of my best friends from college was from Iraq. And this video brings me back one of he greatest times I had in college.
Those little cut away shots of you guys just playing dominos and drinking tea was really cool. If they were like a few seconds longer they would have been really great transitions between questions. Glad to have stumbled upon your channel. Keep it up man!
A real eye opener - keep up the great work guys. 👍
This is very insightful.
Awesome content, great guy and wonderful people in Iraq. Thank you for shedding light on this country. Would love to visiti

Man this is such a powerful testimony shared. May all good come to Ali in this life and the next.
Very interesting vlogs, thanks!🙏❤I immigrated to Canada from the Middle East a few years ago, but Ali's English (who has not even left Iraq) is already better than mine!🥲 How on earth did he learn to speak english so fluently without leaving Iraq?
His use of Dude in conversation…
I love iraqi people from an Albanian background, btw the little kid at 6:20 blurred the camera, LOL 😂
Iraq people are something special!

Ali’s insight and intelligence (not to mention English) are mind blowing.

I feel so sorry for Iraqis, what was done to their country is unforgivable.
I was in Iraq in 2004, giving the videos I see now, it looks a whole lot better.
Thank you for the though questions to Ali. God bless Iraqi people.
Im glad i subscribed to u bro, actual real guy and i appreciate u showing the media isnt always right and the propaganda ❤

Very touching. Really sad what the bro on the right had to go through. Beautiful interview.
Ali is awesome, I am Iraqi and I live in the states now. I was part of the IOF and can relate to all what he said.

This was a really great interview, what an interesting guy. I wish more people would see this!!
Great videos, feels like they are suppressed.
In Serbia we also use chai for tea, but we write it čaj.
I would love to talk and learn more from that man. We need more people like him. If I had the money if like to travel back to the middle East an interact with real people. Last time I traveled I was rucked up.

Great video, the crips and bloodz comparison was weird though. I know it didnt come directly from you
As a combat veteran who was in Iraq in 06-07 thank you for this video. It’s incredible to see the hospitality and resilience of the Iraqi people and to hear stories about the war I was in from their perspective.
Impossible not to love this dude
