    Nice hunt getting harder and harder to find places to hunt where I live. 6 inches lol ,thanks for sharing your hunt.

      Yeah. It's getting pretty thin here too. I could hunt for pull tabs hoping for a ring. That's tough hunting.

    That dirt 8:22 that you are.playing in now has totally changed. It is darker/richer friable. Perhaps a garden had been there? These facts are attributable to the treasure one finds in those areas. 12:03 That area 12:03 you found the quarter and the second quarter is close to a sidewalk? Visitors entering the park and exiting reaching in their pockets for their keys pull coins out of their pockets? Around the picnic tables should be a good area for coins? You and the Manticore are doing good! Thanks for the video.

    Can yu tell me what type of white cap you have on your predator digging tool,it seems would make it easier on the palm of the hand compaired to the reg foam handle which i have trouble with after using for a while bothering my hand..

      @mowerdog  Před měsícem +1

      It's a walking caane end cap . I found it at my local hardware store. But find a fenger washer to install over the end of the handle before you slide it on. The sharp handle will cut through the rubber. I had to trim some foam some to make it fit.

    Hello, good man!
    Let me ask you a few questions.
    In your country, do you need a permit to dig in a city park? Do owners of old houses allow you to search in their yard?
    Thank you for your response!
    Greetings from Ukraine!

    • @mowerdog
      @mowerdog  Před 6 měsíci +1

      Most city parks here do not require a permit. I simply research online to see if a particular city requires a permit or not. Most of our state parks do require a permit. I haven't knocked on any doors to gain permission. However, it looks like I will need from here on if I can't find any more public parks to search.....

      @mowerdog I'd say mid range waterproof easy settings. Looking for silver n gold coins and rings. Maybe old small toys etc

      @@theedgar1959 Minelab 700, Minelab Xterra Pro, Nokta Legend and any Nokta Simplex. I know that's 4 instead of 3. I would stay away from Garrett because their technology is 12 years old. Now the Nokta Score and Double Score looks real promising. But they are not out yet. You can also pick up used Minelab 600 and 800's for cheap not too. Out of all these mid ranged machines I mentioned I would get the ML700.

      @theedgar1959 Před 8 měsíci +1

      @mowerdog I could afford the 700. What happened with the Vanquish line? Are they still current? My last machine was a Whites I bought in 1985 Lol.

    I noticed you moved away from the Trash Reject that you were using the Deus 2 comparison video. Have you spent much time running or testing the Trash Reject ?

    • @mowerdog
      @mowerdog  Před 2 měsíci

      I kind of go back and fourth on coin mode and all metal mode. I usually start out digging all signals then after an hour or so discriminate out the trash.

    • @mowerdog
      @mowerdog  Před 2 měsíci

      I don't think I've tried the trash reject mode. Just a coin program on low conductor mode.

      @@mowerdog You had me second guessing myself. I commented in the video. There is a big pulltab in the upper left of the screen. This just makes the video more interesting.
