- This small chocolate showpiece was crafted at Pastry Academy during our chocolate module, it weighs 28lbs and is 35 inches tall.

His medium of artistic expression is chocolate, it’s already whimsical as-is. I got to say when talent was being appointed somebody tipped the whole jar unto his head. It’s amazing what he comes up with
The baby chameleon was so cute! And of course, the detail is on point, as always. Love the little flowers on the vines. Even the dragonfly was beautiful.

The level of skill is incredible with every piece. I only wonder if the all of these sculptures are edible.
They should be. The chocolate is, of course, totally edible. The paints are probably edible spray paints, which are FDA approved and mostly food coloring and alcohol.

He could’ve just put out an empty plate, saying “This is a chocolate chameleon, you can’t see it because it’s blending with its surrounding” and I’d still believe him.

We’re all talented in our own minds but this is my Hero at work , he play in chocolates so I don’t gain weight !! Thank you for my dreams and allowing me to stick to my diet … I was close to 600 pounds a year ago and just after Thanksgiving this year 2022 I’m down to 515 pounds and I’m a good cook but the love of food isn’t always a good thing

@@onlyinparadise4613 I'm not really sure about that yellow tool but in his School of Chocolate show on Netflix, he likes to use woodworking tools, etc for his work so maybe it's one of those tools.
