I have worked in recruitment for 30 years and I have not come across a better management strategy than the one minute manager - still works today. Ken is a great guy.

    2:50 3 parts of a compelling vision.
    3:12 Southwest Airlines warrior spirit.
3:35 Servant's heart: hire for character and train for skills. Refuse to hire people who think they're a big deal and rude. Southwest won't put a pilot up who can fly-who isn't there to serve rather than to be served.
    4:40 Fun loving attitude.
16:40 Servant leadership in action: leadership turns it upside down, and the whole goal is to help their teams/employees win. Have very clear goals, everyone knows what they're asked to do, and then the job of the managers is to help them accomplish those goals and win. Life is about winning and helping people.
