We are making on radical S-10 from all our parts and pieces along the way and our goal is to stay true to the Do It Yourself builder in their regular garage without the fancy stuff. You mentioned cold weather in July. Here in Europe, Croatia, we've just had a huge thunderstorm that pulled out a bunch of trees and all grandmas and grandpas say they've never seen such a storm.

This build is like a reminder of what guys were doing when i got into wheeling. Building with minimal money and fabricating everything they could. The fact you are doing all the old school stuff and keeping it leaf sprung is way cooler then the others IMO. Yeah sure tossing some coil overs in and big axles is cool but this is like an everyday guys build.

Dude you’re killing it on the build! All the builds are cool, yes… but you played by all the rules, (def made me laugh when you didn’t happen to have a set of $3k 2.5” FOX IFP coilovers “laying around”) lol) hence followed a real budget, and used your skills as a fabricator and thinking outside the box to bring a build that is not only unique but absolutely proved something super capable can be built in a two car garage with minimal equipment and expense! You got my vote 👍🏻

You should have a TV show on Motor Trend or Discovery Channel. Such an easy going dude that takes the time to explain the reasons behind your actions for the average guy that doesn't have the knowledge and experience in building off road rigs. Cheers!

Congrats on the win to the UA ! I love how simple and well thunked out this rig is. The two thinks I like best are the leaf springs and the 4.3. I think the 4.3 is the most under rated engine for off roading. Having watched Jeremy Rose wheel his leaf sprung CJ8 I forgot how well they actually work off road.

I grew up in the 80s and loved the ninja turtles. The diff cover is cool 😂. Always loved square body chevy's too and this truck is gonna be so nice. The wheels really look great also

Hey Colt, the Duluth Trading overalls and britches are great stuff. I myself enjoy the relaxed flex fit stuff. That prevents those untimely crotch rips and such. I'm embarrassing enough, I don't need anything else contributing!! 😂
For a “shove-a-lot” that bobbed bed is a huge improvement in looks, Chevy missed the boat on not offering that factory
