Today me and Albert went to California cactus center in Pasadena! I’ve been wanting to go since I saw jolenes video on it!! The difference between my nursery videos from others is I will be shopping like a regular person, reacting to prices and telling you, the viewer, if it’s a good price or not. For the majority of the plants here, I felt it was overpriced. Some signs of plants being overpriced are when very common plants like mammillaria Copper king are 4.95 or was it 6.95? Either way, for those seedling pot sized cacti, the price should not be that much. My honest opinion: it’s a nice and beautiful place. I think I would only return for the exclusive pottery, or the top dressing station. Maybe even the collectors plant table. Otherwise, I would not buy anything else. As you later see in the video, me and Albert only left with one tiny cactus.

Check out sals cactus mart in filmore, ca they have a lot of affordable cacti. Not really rare cacti. I’ve been to California cactus center and was turned off by their high prices
