How can we check the property in stom water drain or not
I am planning to buy a flat, it's 30m away from a lake, not sure it's a lake to stom water drain. It's looks like a storm water drain.

"No encroachment table for this village due to unavailability of data." What will happen next?
In this case there are chances of issuing notices in the future, if you doubt that one's property is near to Rajakaluve it's better to get it clarified from BBMP as to whether it's encroached or not, if not encroached then take NOC incase you are planning to construct/develop the land.

Sir, there is no app developed to check Rajakaluve status in Mysore sir, you need to visit revenue office, Mysore City Corporation or other concerned authority.

Not sure, if your house is within BBMP limits, depending on the distance from Rajakaluve please check with concerned officials once.

@@user-pr9gh6ir9n Please do not panic, as Shantinagar is very old area BBMP may not demolish any houses surrounding Rajakaluve, as you said you are living there for more than 25 years now, so nothing to worry mam unless and until there is water logging or over flowing to neighbourhood.
