Nothing short of inspirational genius if your young musician and you've come across this don't be discouraged this is the result of a lifetime of practicing daily stay at it. Each of these musicians are virtuoso on their instruments it's really cool to see them at work together. These are 3 of the best in the world. Thanks for blessing earthlings with this amazing music

AJ's style of bass playing is just so breathtakingly unique...
I've never been a fan of his no matter how hard I try. He seems to play too soft or his volume is never high enough to really hear the bass. I understand dynamics but ...

Sound engineer on Horacio was poor shame.
The kick volume is absurdly high, but it still kinda helped me "find the 1" throughout the song lol

This is not Michel Camilo Original Trio, but with Horacio el Negro is way better, sorry Dave Weckl eat your heart out.
This is true,not to ever diss Weckl. This is a very muted recording. Hernandez and trio really let it fly on Calle 54
As much as I love Horacio, Camilo is at his best with Weckl, Rosenblatt and Cliff Almond, they’re more tight and seem to reign in Camilo. Horacio is great but a little wild, but so is Michel.
Coincidence? Just heard jackson with camilo at victoria festival. Bass sound even worse. Perhaps the emperor has no clothes?

williamlowe7718 Its a terrible production it has nothing To do with the bass.The fazioli piano is a 50000 dollar piano and it sounds terrible as well.
The whole mix is terrible. The piano sounds like a default piano, the drums sound like they have been tuned by a 4 year old and you can't hear the cymbals at all. The whole thing is mixed very badly
I know anthony is a machine on bass, but his solo's are never tastefull. I've said this for a long time but what do I know, I just have ears...
