Looks yummy! I just bought some fresh corn, so I'll be making this tomorrow. I have a Cosori Pot, and luckily for me, the settings are identical! I agree with Jeanna, I'd love to see you make your bruschetta 😊

corn chowder is my favorite :) i just made this tonight but my broth and cream didn’t mix :( i did leave the bacon grease in which seemed like a lot. is it because of the grease?
Haililani Latu Hmmm.. Yes, remove all but about a tablespoon of the bacon fat. And don’t add the cream until the very end. Just stir it in and don’t overheat it. It should work next time!

Can i use canned whole kernel corn drained for this recipe?
Yes. I would add the corn at the end when you add the half-and-half, and cook long enough just to let it heat up.
