Bel lavoro e gran ricerca👍👍 molto bravo nel trovare questo altoparlante, più filtro, che abbia più similirità con il Deacky originale

Do you have the ability to read/post the capacitor value that bridges the speaker leads? Other than it being 1uF, I can't determine any other values from the KAT site, and since the upgrade kit is no longer available, am trying to replicate it for my VBM in the states.

Oh yes, the cap is 1uf and the inductor is 390uh, easy no?

As an electronics engineer who enjoys music, I found it rather sad to see that the inside of these amps is an LM1875/TDA2050 and a rather small transformer :( I suppose it is only a "practice" size amplifier though.

A great video! So, in the fourth part you are going through the Fryer TB into the Booster Output of the amp - I didn't think it possible - and get the biggest sound. The Booster Output was designed to use the VBM1 as a Booster only with a bigger amp. But you use the Output as an Input. What happens in the circuit: Are you playing through 2 TBs this way?
Both speaker mods sound better that the stock one. Celestion is very good but at some moments Dai-Chi seems to win the comparison. That was my opinion.

And the Gain of VBM1 is off in the part ... It helps to use an outer TB instead of the stock one...

Kyrill Shoshnikov No no, it's a special cable, one tip is stereo and the other is mono !!! When inserting the stereo bit in the output amplifier output booster amplifier triple amplifier is deactivated as it is a mono socket! So you can use an external tb of your own liking, inserting the mono point into the outside tb! Simple and smart !!!

Okay, I see. Where can I obtain a Celesion G6 Kit?

Hello fabmay, I have the G6 upgrades for my many BM1 amps, I haven't soldered them yet, can I ask you what the need for the inductors & caps? What tone do they impart & what tone would I lose if I didn't use them? My G6'S are 30 watts, can I assume these will also produce better 'clean' tones than the originals? Another words more headroom? Thanks...

The value cap is 1uf not polarized and the inductor is 390uh

joseph esposito, Both the inductance and the cap act on cuts of frequencies, in this case the cap is a low pass filter and the inductance is a high cut filter, then you just have to try it in person, they are components that cost nothing. But the g6 celestion is not very good on Vox because of the impedance, the vbm1 works at 8ohm, while the g6 celestion you have at 16ohm, nothing happens electronically but the sound changes and the g6 works at half its potential

Oh thank you so much for the info. Can I ask you one more question? I never soldered the inductor or low pass filter, I used the g6 straight out of the box, and I'm very disappointed with the scratchiness of the sound. I think you answered some of my question, but here goes...will the 'original T150 SPEAKER sound better for the original Vox tone I had will the mid & bass be a little better than the g6 without the mods? I think I'll prefer the original speaker, buy I appreciate any answer you give me, I'll look for your response. ps. I like the tone of Vox, more than deacy, I feel the vbm1 sounds best with 1/4 gain & full volume & NO boost... sort of a classic rock sound, cleanish with a little breakup. This was my favorite sound before the g6 upgrade. I'm using 6 of these in a project, so it's important for me to get the best Vox sound, (not trying to sound like Brian)
