- In this video I check out a rom hack called Marble Zone 3D made by falcobuster. This rom hack puts in Marble Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega Genesis into Super Mario 64 SM64.

As a classic Genesis Sonic fan, this greatly bothers me.
It's a nice rendition of it though.

I know that FalcoBuster is excelent at rom-hacking but at the same time implementing and making music for hacks is boring and takes time that other wise could've been used for better stuff, so i can understand why.
Awesome hack! Wish they used a song remix of marble zone instead of flying battery, but it was still neat.
Definitely could have used it. All Good though
Like being able to watch you play these so I can enjoy the craftsmanship of these hacks without having to endure the very high difficulty.

Seeing the spinning sign at the end of the level is such a satisfying thing to see.

marble zone does work well as a mario level
Damn, this hack is crazy. I did see glimpses of it online before, but I didn't know it had that insane custom Whomp boss at the end, especially not with all those different attacks and patterns.
It's definitely one of those Mario 64 mods that shows how far the community has come, and along with stuff like Mario Party 64, Detective Luigi and Shroom Raider, one of the most technically impressive outside of Kaze's work.
Well I gotta say I'm pretty Damn impressed snooplax, this is a very convenient rom hack and I'm so glad you're showing it to us, thank you so much bro😁

Marble Zone with Flying Battery music
This is very good, would be amazing to see the whole game
I always felt like marble zone was more of a platforming stage than a sonic speed stage so it really translates well to a platformer

That was so cool. Shame they never went with the music from the original and opted for sonic and knuckles music. Flying battery tune was a banger though from the sonic games

Hey Snooplax will you ever make a video of Wireframe M and Wireframe F doing the Melee Target Test Stages? I really loved the series so far and it would be me so happy if you could continue it. Do you still do the series or has it been cancelled? I waited patiently for a month for it to come out but all I seen were just mod review videos, I mean if those types of videos are what make you enjoy most, then I'm happy for you, but I'm also really sad because I really wanted to see Wireframe M and Wireframe F do the Melee Target Test Stages. Is that something your planning on doing in the future or is that cancelled? I don't mean to bug you or anything but it would make me really happy if you make a video of Wireframe M and Wireframe F doing the Melee Target Test Stages to see which ones they can pass or not pass :D. I mean if you don't want to that's ok even if it would make me sad but I would be happy if you could do it :D
The thing that will make the mod perfect is if they replace Mario with Sonic skin.

Why flying battery zone music?
If SEGA wasn't trapped on it's own stupidity around that (garbage still praised today over internet) Sonic Extreme, and made something like that with the mechanics of the Sonic Jam's 3d demo stage, it would be a Huge Success.

To bad that the music is from sonic & knuckles flying battery zone (great sound track and together with ice cap zone my absolute favorite). Why not use the correct marble zone music?
