Apparently, the scariest thing is that i was expecting a jumpscare, not a humongous amount of stress and anxiety.
Sometimes that's the best kind of horror when it's done right... No outright jump scares, just a slow burn of creep factor combined with said anxiety and stress...

Here's a tip: Do NOT stretch 4:3 videos to fit a 16:9 (widescreen) canvas. This makes the image look 'fat'. Instead, add a border. Yes, I know, borders are ugly, but you can at least make it look interesting by adding a blur or something like that. Here's my theory:
Peach wants you to come to the castle because she personally likes to play hide and seek with mario which is why she wants mario (mario) to come to the castle.
The reason why they are blind is because when mario finally came to the castle he thought it looked so ugly that he closed his eyes and did this all blind because of his super awesome super hearing.
The reason why he dies randomly though is because he trips over while playing hide and seek with princess peach.
The final level is simply a Roblox obby for free spingbub on the pc that mario won after beating peach in hide and seek.
In the end this game is mario going to play hide and seek with peach while being so disgusted by the state of it that he keeps those eyes shut.
But you have to guide mario to not get caught by peach and also not to trip and fall which will break all his bones.
