      Bruh then ig u havent seen spirituality ke xhode. They use terms like "karma" , "spirits" , "good frequencies", "bad frequencies". They use scientific terms like radiation to justify their claims. If u studied black body radiation you would know that absorption and emission thing. These people now claim very confidently that there are some good frequencies and some bad frequencies and somehow you "attract" that kind of frequency which you possess. On a philosophical level this a very generic fact but they have to use scientific terms that too wrong to justify them.. first of all, two likes don't attract each other. Frequencies are just a way of representation of inverse of time period of a wave, etc. They claim that frequencies are attracting each other.
      This stupidities just get over my head and people resort to personal attacks when I easily justify them.

      @ankitaharwal5886 Před 2 lety +1

      @@barnalidas8808 lets start from basics. There are two types of cells. Normal healthy cells and unhealthy cancer cells.
      radiotherapy works by using harmful raditions that destroys both cells. It causes insane many side effects(destroy immunity, hair fallout, etc) and same is the case with chemotherapy. Chemotherapy involves using drugs that are very complex and patentable.
      Peroxide/oxygen treatment like hydrogen peroxide nebulization, artemisinin, etc are very much effective, cheap and kill cancer and spare normal cells. Cancer cells can't handle oxygen and die when exposed to oxygen. Free radicals released with the Fenton reaction also helps kills cancer due to high iron present in cancer. Also, those process are very direct and only kill cancer.
      Question is why treatments like radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc are used rather than peroxide nebulization, artemisinin, etc Despite those being costly, less effective, insane side effects, etc. ?
      In my opinion answer is, profit. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are profitable and patentable. The others are not.

Of maybe 10 different science subjects, that will be probably a few formulas of one chapter of one particular subject. That’s it. That’s enough for most jobs. This is inbuilt in every species in different degrees. Learning is a natural process in every species. I think human behave differently in different ages. I believe Religion in itself is a product of this process called science and is much needed. I thinks it instills fear and maintains balance in society. For example - if i raise a child without teaching him what is respect, compassion, love, how to treat a woman, what life and its limits are.. he might grow into a person who does crimes without remorse. Born hindu i never visited or prayed .. all through my childhood and teenage i never thought of religion but was always surprised about never ending universe and nature itself. After 30 ie after experiencing all kinds of scenarios in life i was naturally inclined towards spirituality and knowing who we really are and why are we on this earth and our purpose. Also my perspective changed when a spirit of my grandfather who died thousands of miles away from me came into my dream 10 mins after his death. When i woke up from my dream early morning 5:15, my mom was outside my bedroom talking to someone on phone. She said “ your grandfather passed away 20 mins ago”. I think we first need to understand why people love satvic movement. Initially, I was battling an illness and had to take a buttload of medications and I hated it. When I found their videos, they talked about curing illnesses with food and no medication. The thought of healing myself with just food and taking no medications gave me a lot of hope. I almost went to the extent of trying one of their enema videos (my mother dissuaded me thank god lol).
    I think the message they spread that you don't need medication to heal yourself of whatever illness affects you is what attracted people to their channel. I still watch their videos and their recipe book is very nice with some amazing recipes. But as a scientist, I definitely know when to differentiate between misinformation and messages that may really be useful.
    This is where the power of education and a critical mind comes into play. When we can think for ourselves, we can make better choices. A thinking mind is the key to shutting out all the noise and see the truth. But sometimes it's right in front of our eyes. AKA not following things blindly.

    Hey Pranav. I've been an atheist for fairly a long time (8+ years) and I've been into the whole rationalist/atheism scene since around 2014. This is not directed towards you or your videos. This is just a rant about a general trend. I'm writing this comment to highlight some issues with this community and i would really appreciate it if you can help build a discussion about this very topic I'm going to be talking about. I'm not calling out any particular person, but I've seen so many people do this and I've been noticing these particular issues ever since i started being a part of this movement. The main problem i have with this community is that there is a huge chunk of people in the community who think and act like they are better than others just because of their absence in religious belief. I understand the sentiment behind trying to expose pseudo-scientific claims that are totally harmful to our society and i fully support that and truly believe that it's one of the most necessary things we need to do as a community. But I am not talking about exposing pseudo science. I'm talking about the general attitude and temperament that a lot of people in this community tend to exhibit.
    Simply because one had the resources or had been fortunate enough to have the proper circumstances to escape religious indoctrination does not mean that you are better than people who are religious. Stop stroking your own ego by putting others down. This is making the entire atheist community look bad it and serves against our movement. I compare this type of behaviour to that of vegans during the earlier days of their movement. They looked down on other people for consuming dairy or eating meat. Nowadays when i look at vegan discussions, i see way less amount of vegans acting this way like they used to. But this same phenomenon is still very rampant in the atheist community and there are no signs of it stopping. You don't get people to listen to you or to respect your beliefs by mocking or belittling them and not treating them like equals. I was a part of this problem. When i first turned atheist and i was very militant about it but i eventually mellowed out.
    Another trend i have been noticing in the Indian atheist spheres in recent times is a very strange one. Hindu atheism (specifically talking about only one religion cos i haven't really found equivalents like islamic atheism or Christian atheism). I have come to notice that there are many individuals who identify as hindu atheists and are usually also responsible for spreading Hindutva/right-wing propoganda under the guise of being rational. They also are very likely to spread pseudoscience that appeals to their agenda and contribute to the growth of personalities like Sadhguru and Sri Sri Ravishankar. They are usually very racist and/or islamophobic. I have no problem with criticising religions. But i do have a problem with people attacking innocent religious people who just live their daily lives without interfering with your personal life. They do this all the while posing as intellectuals. I would really appreciate any sort of discussion about these two topics.

    On a side note, I remember watching a video from them in 2018 where Subah Jain (the lady presenter) was claiming your intestines can hold onto poo particles for decades if you don't clean them with an enema. Wtf 😂 Our body is a self cleaning machine.

    Really great video. Loved it. Can you also make a video about effect of sun's uv rays on body in context to getting vitamin d from sun. These days I see a lot of fearmogering in that area also where doctors advice to apply sunscreen even when inside the house. On the other hand, lot of people advice to soak up the afternoon sun for 10 - 30 min as that is when the uv rays are in abundance. Some of them say to soak up the morning sun. There are a lot of videos on this topic but most of them don't talk about it in indian context and I think whatever our dermatologists preach is just a copy paste from that. Moreover it has been found that majority of indian population have insufficient levels of vit d in their body, for that reason this becomes a hot topic.

    Your videos seem professionally produced. Really good editing and animations. It feels like it must be taking a lot of time to do that. If you can cut down on that I don't think it'll affect the quality of the videos negatively. As long as there are relevant illustrations and clips or demonstrations, the transitions and animations matter less I think. If it helps you to produce more videos.
