How do you identify as non-binary and a woman at the same time? This stuff gets harder to understand by the day

I guess its confusing with them they look like both a man and women so they just say they are that when ppl are confused and ask if they are a man or a woman or both in one looks like an intersex person maybe they have both parts lol
i know it’s a really complex subject, it took me a long time to really understand too. i hope it’s okay if i try to explain a bit;
non-binary is just an umbrella term for any person who falls outside the gender binary, but it isn’t limited to people who rigidly identify as non-binary & no other gender. there are also other gender identities under the umbrella that are based on other’s unique internal experience - agender, genderqueer, genderfluid, etc.
for example, i’m genderfluid, so my gender identity fluctuates a lot. from woman, to man, to nothing, to everything, in no particular order. but at the same time i also identify as non-binary, because it’s an umbrella term.

Lets say a man isn't comfortable with his age one day decides to be a 13 year and then can he date a 13 year boy or girl then? Me as a white person can I be race-fluid and decide one day Im black and the next day be asian. That wouldn't fly in the black and asian communities
@@loulesowski I can bet those gender fluctuations only occur when it suits you the most. For example, with war in Russia the men are forced to stay and fight. I can bet my life savings you would go from man to woman in an instance when they draft men. What if someone who is gender fluid goes to prison? Which prison do they go to or does the person go from a male prison to a female prison whenever they feel like it?

if you are approaching this as a cishet person, it is fine to be confused. if you ever came across this personally I think it would be fine to ask that question respectfully, just to help further your knowledge.
