Hi! I teach preschool and we make it a regular part of our routine to take breathes with our students. We make it fun and we do “waterfall breathes” or “candle breathes” and it helps settle the kids and calm them down, and sometimes when they can see I’m getting frustrated they’re the ones who remind me to take breathes. Keep in mind these are 2-3 year olds. It’s amazing the power breathing can have. 💕
