Ugin's binding is a spicy pull. As for the question at the end, It would be nice to wait till prices settle but then again it would be a lot of fun to see what you're able to pull regardless of having accurate prices. Tough one...
That seemed like a good bundle to me! I personally would rather see your collector's boxes opened with more accurate pricing once the set is out, but you may miss out on the chance to sell some spicy cards while the prices are high 😬
At current prices, the bundle has a better $/pack price but the prerelease kit has a stamped rare or mythic some of which can be worth a good amount. I'd go with prerelease.
List definitely is nice to have. I guess it makes sense because it is a reprint set they just put whatever they would have reprinted for the list into the set instead.

Fetches are nice but Shifting Woodlands is by far the most insane card in the set. If its not banned, it will skrocket in value
