That narset playmat is one of the nicest playmats ive ever seen. Is the art altered on it or is it just a high res of the JP artwork?
Thanks! I love this playmat as well. I think it’s just high res and I was able to film in natural lighting which really brings out the blue.
Emerald Medallion looks cool but I think it would look better if the chain was hanging in front of the letters.

Still woundering if they wild hold their value in lets say 6 months. Or is it better to wait untill later. Still great art and cards. Great opening.
Everything is crazy pricing wise on prerelease weekend…. 95% of the stuff will drop in price from pre-release weekend. The stuff that finds a home and a few hidden gems will increase. But overall the waiting game is usually the correct one when it comes to “when should I buy singles?”
The set seems really good, but from an art perspective, can anything beat the borderless medallions?
The borderless medallions are all stunning. I think the Phyrexian Tower looks awesome also.

Thanks! It’s the Japanese Alt art Narset, Parter of Veils from War of the Spark. Bought it from Ultra Pro a while back but you may be able to find it on eBay or TCG still.
looks like the foils are actually straight... could it be possible?
The foil quality on this set seems to be pretty high. It would be nice if that holds up to the point where we can play wi tun them again!
