There is something genuinely endearing of the "F it we're doing it live" pack opening and I absolutely love it. This was great and I'm here for it.
I actually appreciate the hell out of this vid. Sometimes the unpolished ones just for the love of ripping packs just need to be done, and they’re kinda fun. And I definitely know how difficult that would be to do, so mad respect.
Also, the borderless frame break cards in this set, like the medallions, are incredibly beautiful. Just unreal. I’m so excited for them, even cards I don’t need like emerald medallion.

6:30 They are zoomed out a bit. You can see the bust now which makes them look more legendary and epic
I think people will look back at the portrait art from CMM and decide most of them aren't so bad after all.

If Boseiju taught me anything, it's that PoA has a way with pulling good land cards. It's rather fitting that this is maybe the most fetch-heavy box I've seen opened. Congrats!!!
A nice treat for the hotel room! Makes the trip a little more fun. Pretty steady left handed filming, don’t think I could have managed that. I probably would have leaned it on a book or something. Have safe travels and good luck with the move

That box had a lot of fetch lands compared to the others I've seen. Those common lands seem good since they usually make decent lands like them bad by having them enter tapped and I was surprised at the medallion reprint so soon but the borderless ones look absolutely amazing!
That box looks similar to mine. My rares and fetch lands (including 3 full art foil) showed up, but light on mythics.
Good fetch land box. My playbooster box only had one fetch land but it did make up with giving me almost all the chase mythics.

2:15 I agree with you on the lands. Nothing worse than being 1 mana short, then drawing evolving wilds, etc. Now you are still a mana short. These ones, you can use right away, or crack if you don't need the mana.

Honestly video wasn’t really different from normal ones. Audio was good and video was good.
In the end you’re opening packs of cards, as long as you have focus on the camera, you could do it in a shoebox in Siberia and it would be fine.
Commander Masters portraits were just the face. New ones are much more of the body as well.

I think these characters are just designed better for these portaits rather than the first. Or could be the fact that after the first time they did it we'd all collectivelty be more tolerant or even appreciatve of it

I know this was janky as F, but still enjoyed the crap out of it
i think this time around with the portraits there is more detailing in each of the arts, plus the background colors are much more complimentary to the subject. the portraits with commander masters were either too bland or the background colors made no sense with who they were portraying

I do miss those one handed openings POA you've got it down to a science lol. You definitely had some nice hits though. That Mox looks great and I could see that being one way they venture into Naruto since shisue pulled his eye out & gave it to Itachi, along with Obito giving his eye to Kakashi. Just saying

honestly the act of moving sucks, so anytime you can relax even if its just for 30min, its worrth it. evo witness is going to be seen alot in commander i bet.
