Using the cording around the legs is a great idea. When I make coats for our little dachshund mix they always slide around because he is so long. I also love your sewing machiine it is beautiful.

I would love a Video on how to draft the pattern according to the measurements. It fits really nicely ob your dog. Mine is a dachshund mix so if I could make a pattern with his measurements I would be more than happy :)

That’s beautiful! Would it also be reversible for if it was cold but not wet? The lining is so lovely too!
I think it could be reversible,depends what fabric you use,the gray fabric is also dirt repelent, so, i always put it on outside.I like thrifting for fabric!

Wow! Looks amazing! Do you think there could be a way to make the laces adjustable? I'm just thinking cause I think my puppy has stopped growing on height, but is certainly going to fill out.
I don't know, maybe using elastic laces! That may work🐶
