Why would you go bankrupt if it’s a walk away lease? Isn’t bankruptcy for businesses that have acquired debt and now cannot pay? I’ve owned trucks before but never have leased a truck or had any debt on my business.
You are 100% correct. It is a walkaway lease. Yet somehow people claim it is all a scam when they are free to literally leave it all behind of they choose to 🤦🏻♂️. I am doing just fine. I use my thumbnails and sometimes the title of my vídeos to mess with all the haters and make them think their opinions/thoughts will get validated🤣.
I am not 100% excited of having a bunch of expenses at once. But I knew they were coming and that I am responsible for them…
Thank you for taking the time to comment. Prime will allow you to defer some expenses so that you don’t feel them. In a way that is a form of debt within the business. Also getting cash advances is a form of debt and an easy way to fall behind if not kept under control. It’s also paycheck to paycheck mentality.
Some people are not blind or deaf, but they act like one .

Idling your truck all the time is a great way to plug the dpf filter..... hope your not one of the guys that leave your trucks on low idle as that's terrible for diesel engines, doesn't burn all the fuel and ends up washing the oil off the cylinders which protects the rings and pistons from scoring or glazing.
If your actually putting money in your pocket end of the month with extra for repairs then you cant knock it, I don't know how you reefer guys do it I hate being parked by reefers at night.

Crazy how primes changed. I use to lease with them and make 3-4k a week now all my old friends from primes cdl school are leaving prime and we all went lease with them

im almost positive safelite can change that windshield bro also did you ever put an order in for your trucc or you plan on just one day takin ya talents elsewhere. also dont feel bad. im required to do a pm every 90 days and right now im lookn at possibily close to $10k including what i have to do to my trailer. it happens man.

If you drive 2500 miles a week, just with the weekly dues you have to pay Prime, you’re roughly operating at $1.94/mile. That’s not even including the cost per mile fuel. If you run at $2.19/mile then your profit margin is very low. You’d always be a large expense away from going broke. Trust me, it’s happened to me, and slim margins catch up to you eventually. You’re better off just being a driver because nowadays in trucking, leasing/owning a truck and being your own boss it’s just for the ego

Why not just get used tires from a TA? Prime still has the mulch program for tires. So chances are that they will not have any? Go to FL for the windshield. Loves for the DOT inspection.

Idk how a man can make a living like this. I’m oil field. Local. My 07 freight and crude tanker are both paid off. And guys out here are struggling to make it. Too many rules to abide by leasing. We run tires bald. Cracked windshields etc. your program looks way too tight to make any profit imo. My trucking channel is desert power trucking. I don’t post much cause I’m busy making money. Opposite of this channel Peru has
Yet you take time to find a channel to use him to advertise. And just wait until the fmcsa finds your bald tires and cracked windshield and shuts you down til they are fixed and you also get that load late. Or even worse you lose traction and kill someone and they use your statement here to change your vehicular manslaughter charge to a murder 1 charge. You should always keep up the maintenance on your truck.
You say busy making money yet you run bald tires. You should be able to afford basic maintenance for your own safety. Unless you are just using the expression “run bald” to describe that you do not replace until necessary. I agree with that. I hate having to do maintenance items before they are due. But there is also a cost to stopping multiple times for maintenance. Taking care of all of it at once can be cost effective.
Also, have you watched my videos? Have you seen how many times I go home or take time off? Or buy crap for myself? Car? Roof tent? Car parts? Legos? How do you think I am able to do that? Where do you think the money to cover my truck while I am at home comes from? You keep thinking I am not making money😊.
Imma follow your channel though. I have been curious about oil field jobs for some time. People that are really committed to that life can make GOOD money faster than me.

If you are “making money” but cannot maintain your own equipment… id question the “making money” statement🤷🏻♂️. Safety should be a priority. If something happens to you in this industry, your ability to make money is gone.

We ARE NOT in the army. That is a horrible comparison. This is an industry, it’s business. And it is a competitive industry. There can be moral support and camaraderie between us. And I certainly support that sentiment. But it is still competitive. How I choose to run my business and how much I am able to run for WILL NOT be dictated by you or anyone else.

I personally would never do a lease, but we aren't all in the same position. I think lease operators are some of the hardest working drivers out there that got hustle.

@@Peruviantrucker lmk when u hit 3 years, and yes you do have the opportunity to make more but unfortunately that don’t depend on you nor your hard work and time you invest to it, it depends on your fm if they like you, and that shouldn’t be the way that’s why prime is corrupted, you’re supposed to get compensated for the work you do consistently not for your sympathy, they control drivers revenue and brain wash them into thinking that the reason you ain’t making money is you, they don’t even bother to promise a minimum a week because they want u to pay their trucks!
I did prime for almost 3 yrs, it was only good for the first year to keep me motivated for another lease, once u a year into that second lease things get dark! but if u change your mind lmk and I’ll help you get here mi hermano!

@@NoLimitJayye thank you for saying this. But honestly I am just as loyal as the next guy. I like Prime, but it is only worth it to stay as long as it is worth it and sustainable for me and my goals. If things are not beneficial for me, then it’s time to leave. But that is not the case yet, so…
