      Poor tactics. Rudisha said they had tactics as a team but Kipketer (Alfred) changed and it would have costed them a lot. Rudisha had to think fast and make decisions on track, he had to change his own as well but thankfully, he's smart.

    What's the correct way to step off the track after you've handed off the baton ? I see guys cutting in front of other teams who are trying to get going after the hand-off. It seems it would be better if runners would just stand there after handing off rather than walk in front of other teams.

      @@devinsymmond620 wrong. Because a 4x800 runner would also run the 800 or 1500 and it's too much effort. 4x100 runners run the 100 and 200 usually and the recovery it's easier
