    This life sef,see some of the basic things we misuse here in Nigeria is expensive over there,my kids play with water a lot. Paying that house rent monthly will be very painful and hard for some people and can’t even work here in Nigeria. Ha Obodo oyibo is expensive ooo🏃🏃🏃🏃🙄🙄

    Living in america is even a little expensive.
    In texas the cheapest 1bed is $1,450

    A TV licence is NOT optional. Everyone in the UK must pay for one, if you don’t have a TV (to try and get around not paying) the law was changed to include any smart device you can watch TV shows on (this includes laptops and mobile phones). Even if you don’t watch the BBC you still have to pay. Warning it’s a criminal offence if you don’t pay for a TV licence.

    Learning how to drive is super expensive, if I didn't know how to drive before moving to the UK I would have been discouraged to learn, I'm glad I only have to take just 3 classes.

      @@FaithOjone Please sis, what 3 lessons did you take become I already have driving experience in Nigeria and my license still active till 2022 December. What additional training do I need Please?

      @@ChySpace you'll take 3 lessons just to understand UK Road signs and get used to the right-hand driving, if your instructor is satisfied with the lessons you can now take the practice test. But if you have the Nigeria International license you can just take 2-3 lessons and you are good to go

      @@l.vinaqueen2127 yeah there are some areas that are not close to London they're usually very cheap houses. Areas like Leicester are very cheap to live in.

    Yeah, I really don't think it's expensive considering all the benefits accrued. Kids school fees alone per year is like... Imagine you have triplets...
    I think it seem it is because we are coming from a third world country straight to a first class. It will take a hell lot of time to adjust.
    If both ya are earning £3k a month... You only spend half of that... Or a bit above half.
    If you can get yourself a side income, online income... That can at least guarantee £500-£1000 monthly.... Y'all should be contesting for sherrif. Just increase your investments.
