I have just concluded an interview as an HCA with NHS in one of the Trust and have been given a conditional employment offer letter after a wonderful interview where the panel confessed that they haven't had a beautiful and exciting candidate like me to be interviewed and they really need me as an asset. After fulfilling and completing all necessary New Starter documents online and hoping to meet them for my ID checks, i was called that they could not sponsor me because of the COS issue which we discussed extensively during the interview and that their trust doesn't sponsor Band 2 HCA. It's so devastating to me. So which of the trust can sponsor please. I am currently in the UK but my company license has just been revoked. Please I need an advise
If I am not wrong,If the candidate meets the threshold , the decision of sponsorship is up to the trust who employs them,.
Yes, it’s up to the individual Trust to decide whether they want to sponsor
