The message was the best
Top composer, his music scores were simply glorious
and Lawrence of Arabia - what wonderful music - it captures the scope of the vast desert in sound
Maurice Jarre Espectacular Musica Inolvidable de Film.Maravillosos.🎞️📽️🎭💖🌹🇨🇱🎬
i love Dr. Zhivago - the music is so captivating and stirring
He was undoubtedly a gem of the era, but was best known for his OST for the best historical flick The Message 1976. No idea how he did that marvelous job indeed, but for all his life time achievements, he was bit underrated & infamous. Alas!
He had lived in a tentin desert for a while to make that masterpiece.By the way you mentioned about underrating. He didn't get underrated. He got 9 nominated and three oscar.
@@copculerkral1157 Oh Thanks for the info. I didn't know that.

some of the best themes ever and this is the first comment after 2 years?! I guess composers don't get the attention they should, at least those of our days.
i saw your comment after 2 years
I live in the desert but believe me when I hear the music of "the message" I wonder how he could compose this music it is the sound of silence.
ولد بلادي
Un grand artiste
The best is the message
Under rated Great Atmospheric Music
“The Collector” score is hauntingly spectacular.
Ghost,música,espectacular,doctor,Zhivago,y,otras,maravillas,🇨🇱🥰
My favorite is "Keating's Triumph" from "Dead Poets Society".
The music for Dr Zhivago was absolutely brilliant.
Lion of the desert missing
Ryans Daughter, the Trap, Grand Prix have amazing catchy tunes
11: Jean-Michel.
My favorite score of Maurice Jarre would be for Ghost, The Message, Dead Poet Society and Fatal Attraction.
Did he work in any movie with the influence of Indian music?
What about "Lion Of The Desert"
You miss Lion of desert
Jesus of Nazareth?
👏👏👏
Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome should have been in there.
What about "Dreamscape"?!
Papá de Jean Michel Jarre,.
Si! Su mejor obra és el hijo!
Jean-Michel Jarre loathed his father:"we just shere the same genes" was his response when quized abouth their stormy relationship
I wonder when france will give birth to another maurice jarre
You forgot the BEST one: Jesus of Nazareth (1977)
REAL: What about Voice of the Guns in Lawrence of Arabia?...Didn't Jarre do Colonel Bogey's March in Bridge over the River Kwai?...
Well, Malcolm Arnold actually got credit for writing the music of Bridge on the River Kwai...
@@thomasboushier2762 Colonel Bogey was a bawdy song before it was used by Jarre or Arnold in the score. Lean removed the lyrics and had the soldiers whistle the tune so as not to get in trouble with the British censors. It starts: 'Hitler has only got one ball...'
This compilation is of sidetracks and not the main theme soundtracks. Aside from Lawrence of Arabia, it doesn't play the main themes of the movies.
As much as I love Maurice Jarre as much as I hate what you have done here and the way you demolished the pieces you picked .. you do not even know how to highlight a piece of music yet want people to subscribe to your channel .. if you are 8 years old or younger the accept my apologies, otherwise take my verdict.. just tasteless ..
