If you had to pick one of the three… which would you choose?
The Fatboy works best for my specific use and setup. The rubberized leg locks is another plus in my book as they are silent if they touch.
Have you checked out the Fatboy Invert60 ball head yet and if so what do you think about it?
I haven’t used it personally, but know a lot of folks are happy with it.
Many tripods are Leofoto rebrands and this is very close as well. You can get the Leofoto 324CL, the 404, the 364 all for much less.
What’s the max ballhead the recon v2 can accept?
Not sure what you’re asking about a max ballhead? The V2 in this video is the QDT V2, not the Recon model.
Are they all made in China? Would prefer American made but sometimes there is only one choice

How you like the Fatboy after some usage?
It’s been great! The little extra weight +/- 1lb. is the only negative but it’s not an issue for me. Would definitely recommend if looking for a tripod in that price range.
