I am watching it for the 4th time🤣. The more I see your Cup, the more I love your config. It' s just amazing. My FE is built, my dealership has the chassis number but there is delay...😩😂

Nice video and totally agree on the end of an era and once in a lifetime opportunity to get one of these cars new. That was my motivation also. Looking forward to more content from you guys.

Thank you both for this. I am awaiting my 240 FE after reluctantly selling my S1 in 1999 after 2 years of fun driving. I just could not resist the chance to own one of the last ever made. As DrP says, mine will be a keeper but not for every day use. More shots of the car itself would be interesting. Your spec looks spot on!
Great decision (though I bet you wish you’d hung onto that S1 now!) What spec have you gone for?
I chose Elise grey with black pack, carbon sills and red highlights. I haven’t seen any others this colour but I think it will look great. I love the green of the 250 cup though. I was just too late to order a cup.
I am so happy that you have finally been delivered your 250 Cup FE. It's so gorgeous🤩. I was not sure that the silver wheels could match with the black pack , but it is! And it sounds great too. Enjoy this great car! I didn't have the patience to wait for the Final Edition so I bought the 2021 Former Edition (also FE ;-) ) What I love about your car is the new steering wheel, I'm not so fond of the digital dash with such an analog car... But boy what a machine this is!
Thank you! Yes, I’m still not 100% convinced on the digital dash either but it definitely makes it unique. Is your car a Cup 250 too? Or did you go for the Sport 220?

Interesting about the soft top. Have they given you an estimate of when it will arrive? I picked up my 240FE in July and have been estimated Christmas for delivery!
I believe it’s actually in stock at my dealership now - just need to go pick it up. Not sure I’ll bother fitting it until next Spring though. Christmas seems a bit far off… sure you’ll have it before then!
When I get my 430 cup fe in December we should do a side by side comparison!

Amazing video, I'm a bit jelli of your Vivid Green color. My 390 FE has just been built and waiting for transport. I've asked for Vivid Green, but beacuse it was not standard color (for 390) it was triple the price, so I decided against that.
I didn’t realise that - was it just the Cup 430 FE that had the vivid green option? What colour did you go for in the end?

How late were yours in arriving? I originally had a Nov due date but not really confident with their ‘probably December’ update.
The vivid green car was about a month late in the end. Jon’s car is currently in build so we’re hoping for early November delivery, which will be a couple of months late. Delays seem to be gradually increasing unfortunately.
@@OneElevenCars Mine was due second week of October and is now expected at the dealership second week of December. I ordered it 17th March.The wait will be worthwhile.
Two months delay seems quite typical unfortunately, but it’ll absolutely be worth the wait!
I just noticed you’ve gotten close to spelling Kermit on your plates. Nice. Might I suggest that you guys use lapel mics when you’re driving? It would make your voices much more intelligible and still pick up the engine and ambient noises.
Thanks Jonathan. Appreciate the audio quality isn’t brilliant - unfortunately we only had one lapel mic to hand at the time! Certainly something we’ll look to improve in future videos 👍
@@OneElevenCars You would probably also want a small, portable mixer to use with the two mics. I just had a quick look, and something like a Just Mixer, with 3.5mm mic inputs and stereo 3.5mm output would be easy to interface with a camera. Good luck! I hope your channels grows.

250 et 220 c’est la même chose seulement esthétique, il vaut mieux acheter 220 et préparer pour 8000 € supplémentaires, la voiture est pas bien finie 👌
Just buy a A110
Fair comment if it is your main driver. If you are looking for something different to your daily drive, the Lotus would be my choice.
Never driven an A110 but I’ve heard good things. As Jonathan says, it’d be a good shout as a daily, but for a raw, undiluted driving experience, the Elise is still the benchmark in our opinion (though we may be slightly biased 😜)
