I love how even at the height of the cacophony, every single "SEYMOUR!!!" is clearly audible.
It's like that trope where someone's having a nightmare then their name is called in the dream and they wake up to the source of the sound but the waking up part never happens

I basically tracked each one based on Agne's pained scream of help.
This sounds like Skinner is having a psychotic breakdown while Chalmers repeats his name to snap him out of it as he descends deeper into madness.
Skinner became Chalmers Steamed Ham because of this! 😂
Even better that it's replaced by his mothers screams for help in the later parts
And it ends with the pleas of Agnes Skinner as the mad Seymour chases her down with an axe.
Call an ambulance for the poor Principal!
The first 3 minutes are filled entirely with "Seymourrrrr!" followed by two minutes of "Help! Heeeelp!"
and also AURORA BOREALIS??
And Seymour yawning
Also ten seconds on "Good lord! What is happening in there?"
There are a few magical moments where the only discernable words are "help!" and "good lord!"

As an autistic person myself this is literally what any public space sounds like to me, with a combination of mechanical noises literally nobody else hears but are completely grating to me
I feel called out by this accurate thing. Except the public space is more crowded.
When the repeated “YE GODS!” overlapped with the sound of the fire coming from Skinner’s oven it was almost like real time audio of a village being burned down in the middle ages.
Pretty sure it's "egads", but similar origin if I'm not mistaken.
