    Hi
This car came to me with the engine light on.
A quick scanning showed several codes... but, in the end, only one issue causing them all...
Once again, managed to repair the faulty component, rather than replace...
    Hope you enjoy the video.

hi I recently found your channel, and I must say as a mechanic in the motor trade your abilities are fantastic, I don't know if your a qualified mechanic or not but I think any garage would be more than happy to have you on their team as a most valued member of staff, your diagnostic technique must surely be second to none.
As a small point about the wheel issue, I spotted that the castellated retaining cap and 'R' clip was missing off the end of the CV thread...
Thanks for your most informative videos

Very good video again, always always always start with basic checks like fuses, power and ground etc etc. So many dealers start with throwing parts and then £800 later the panic starts as the fault still is there!

I know what you're saying about Peugeot on the MaxiSys. I've been having quite a few problems over the last 12-18 months with PAS vehicles on my MaxiSys Elite.
I've been struggling to get decent support from Autel on the topic but recently they've told me that they're completely reworking the PAS system, as they have many issues, and it's due to be completed this March but I'm not holding my breath...

    Hi
I have a Citroen C4 1.6 HDI 2007 . Last 6 months i have problems with the injectors . Even though the injectors have been calibrated and are fine the car rattles under load. I found coincidentally that I also have an electrical problem. There is a voltage of 9.9 volts at the lights without the lights on, without the engine running with the key in the on position. When I turn off the key switch it lasts about 1 minute (as long as the BSI standby) and then stops. I think there is a problem with the COM2000 but im not sure.I found the following:
Key in the on position (without the engine running) BSM and BSI fuse measured and everything was normal except for the headlight 9.9volt.
If I switch off the key switch (standby) on the BSM F6, F7, F9, F13 and BSI F3, F4, F7 I have residual current of 0.5 volts and 9.9 on the headlights. In sleep mode after 2 minutes then everything is gone
By diagbox, i found F522 and 7155 (It appears when I turn the switch to on and disappears when the engine starts)
    Have you seen anything similar?
Is there any way to check the light switch without removing the steering wheel?
I'm starting to think the injectors rattling is coming from some electrical problem in the BSI.
Any idea what it could be??

Most the the cars now have internal relays inside the modules... in the case of peugeot, inside the BSI... so no, you don't see the relays... some don't even have relays anymore, as everything is electronically controlled... the sound on the dash it is just a mimicking of the relay sound...
