Today I'm playing Reincarnation on piano! This is Mima's Theme from Touhou 3 PoDD. It's always fun arranging stuff from the PC-98 era... especially when it's from THIS game! I always talk about how much I love SA, but this game is actually pretty close if we're talking about an hypothetical ranking. For the past few months I've been kind of grinding this game and just recently got my first Lunatic 1CC with Reimu! Now I just can't seem to put this game down. It's kinda troublesome lol

I was introduced to Touhou thanks to Unlucky Morpheus, and "No Grudge Anymore" (based on Reincarnation) is one of my favourites from the Rebirth album. Funnily enough, the main melody sounds very similar to "Kenangan Terindah" (most beautiful memory) by Samsons
At the end of the video it sounded like Mima wanted a Redemption Arc !

Tbh at this point ZUN should just rework/remaster the PC-98 games so it can be truly canon again
I think Jynx (the creator of Len'en) was working on PC-98 remasters back in the day, they never got released though (something about Jynx being too afraid to ask ZUN's permission)

there's something amusing about not having played touhou but having heard a lot of the music and just knowing "oh its that song" because i heard a remix of it. no points for guessing which one it was for this song, obviously, as if the rest of the comments didn't make that clear enough.
