I think i need to design a Q8 hangar, so I can put all the airplanes I buy off of Q8 recommendations in one place lol Great review! Cant wait to pick this one up, I had it years ago in FSX!

I was burnt by MilViz with the MilViz C310R for FSX that was continually delayed, so it's lovely to see that they have released such a fine model for MSFS 2020. Good work!

My favourite GA aircraft followed by the JF Turbo Arrow III. Specifically because it’s FIKI-certified which makes it possible to visit all kinds of extreme locations. Totally recommended!

...another great review indeed! I've lately been looking for more GA aircraft reviews and I must say that the Milviz 310R is a wonderfully done light twin piston. Your reviews Q8Pilot are great as well. Please keep them coming! I wish someone could do the Cessna 404 Titan.

I think I’m gonna get this one. I’ve been watching Jimmy’s World and the 310 has tickled my interest for a while. The extra features with the maintenance, ownership etc. seems like a stroke of genius that makes this aircraft stand out from the crowd. Nice review! 🙂

I love the 310 package, the only thing I have trouble with is doing a smooth landing... there's no float when you reduce power over the numbers, the darn thing just drops... You really have to hold power all the way down to almost touch down...

Has anyone any tips on how to land this aircraft smoothly? My landings are always around 200-250 fpm on touchdown and that seems a little high for a GA plane. It seems you shouldnt just pull back power completely but very gently throttle back and land with some power left at around 90-96 knots. Any other recommendation? Dont want to break the virtual spines of my passengers ;D

Another great video by Q8Pilot, very concise and time stamps are appreciated, thumbs up given. Not sure why he mis-spelled MilViz in the title and continually mis-pronounces the name throughout the video. Sounds like he's saying Melvis instead of MilViz, as in "Melvis has left the building" XD

I m tired of hearing in that kind of review that the plane behaves realistically. Realistically relative to what? The real plane? Have you flew enough all the different planes available in flight simulations to critically judge if the plane feels realistic. Realism is also comparing the speed given in conditions like flaps to x° or gear down/up. RPm vs manifold pressure vs fuel flow...etc these counts too. One needs between 50 hrs to 100 hrs of real flying hours on a specific plane to know it up to the minor details to be able to know if its counter part in the virtual world behaves similarly or not.
Yes, this plane like most of the other planes available regardless of the sim flies like a plane should fly. Does it fly like a real C310R, you don t know.
And it s not specifically to you but all the review we can find on youtube. I prefer to know the details such as what anput the fmod, sound is critical for immersion and most of the review does not pay enough attention to that aspect and would be nice to have a thorough review of sounds, are there any bugs, how much the instruments are detailed vs real world, is there a librain working, is the forum or support given by the developper known to be good.. etc those details give enough overview to decide whether or not the purchase worht it.
