  • In an interview with FRANCE 24, the president of the Tibetan government-in-exile warned that Tibet is "dying a slow death". Penpa Tsering said that Chinese government policies are aimed at the "eradication" of Tibetan identity. Among them, Tsering cited the policy of forcible schooling of some 1 million Tibetan children in what he described as "colonial-style boarding schools" in which the youngsters are separated from their families, taught only in Chinese and forced to pledge allegiance to the Chinese Communist Party.

This was an another good opportunity for our president Penpa Tsering to speak out for Tibetans. He is such a hard worker, served many years in Tibetan government and a true follower of His Holiness Dalai Lama. Chinese government people have a monkey brain trying to ruin our generation but will never succeed. Our prayers will bounce their bad intention. Time will come and Tibetans will get freedom. Thank you France 24 for giving an opportunity to our president. Long live His Holiness and long live Tibet🙏

China has become the most powerful in the world, driven by industrial production and manufacturing industries. Economic growth and development has become the significant role in every country that nobody dares to deny the Chinese political commands. These might be the efforts or actions for their longterm goals in the avenir but there will be some how a negative impact and consequences after many decades. For eg. In Africa, Asain, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan and recently in Italy. It’s been 64 years since we have lost our country but we always seek for middle way approach in the spirit of non violence. We deeply appreciate France 24 for the interrogations with our president PENPA Tsering la.

Currently there's less than 2 lakh Tibetans in exile out of 6 millions Tibetans in Total. With the construction of highways, trains and airports they take away the natural resources from Tibet without thinking about ecology and environment. And also filing up Chinese in Tibet to settle and more importantly to mobilize the Chinese troops. Tibet persists in grappling with ongoing challenges, notably marked by periods of weakened and confused leadership within the diaspora. In other words confused leadership actions, and weak leadership inaction, paired with moral decline within the cabinet, and the public. Such factors have
hindered effective, timely responses… and contributed
significantly to the gradual death of Tibet, underscoring the need for cohesive and informed governance, good moral compass, and unity within citizens to address these concerns effectively

Here is a funny thing from my college about Tibetan.
A tibetan student quietly and slowly tells to his roommate at the first day:" it costs a yak for one year college tuition (at least 20,000 yuan), and I need to study hard"
The han student feels sorry for his family's lost, and wants to treat him to dinner because he thinks a yak must very important and expensive to his family.
During the dinner, the han student suddenly asks: How many yaks do you have?
