It's nice. It looks very masculine. The bathrooms look like a compilation of too many different, fancy items that are colliding and I'm curious as to why the finishes are different in each. Is the pool frame experiencing discoloration?

Using gray, black, brown, cream/off white with a open concept layout doesnt make a house a modern design..... No real expensive materials used

Bedroom in first flat has one small window, Bedroom in second flat has no window, only sliding door, that's crazy. you must leave the door open to get fresh air.....to an open space shared by other units? am l wrong? or am l missing a window?

Why are these modern apts building with one kitchen sink?
Hi Christina Z welcome to our channel🙂, these farmhouse kitchen sinks are quite popular in modern developments because people love how wide and deep they are. They don't only look great, but they're perfect for washing large pots and pans.
I just think the should build with at least two decent size sinks for washing the dishes faster. I know some are building with dishwashers but this only gives you further heartache when you get your monthly electricity bill. What they should do is build more apts solar powered energy. JPS & generator can be the last reserve.
@@christinaz.3885 the farm house sinks are normally the size of the double sink. It's also quite popular abroad as well.

Is there anyone consider the average Jamaicans who work a 9-5 and earn under 20 grand a week??? 33million nd it doesn’t even look like it worth 15???
This is not for them. We have to buy what we can afford. There are plenty well of ppl who can buy these.
To be honest its really not worth it. Why would you pay over $200k US for one of these small apartments... and who are they really for? Not a regular jamaican who builds a mansion size house with less than 33m... if you look closely you will see these are overseas company using our islands to make money.. they started these gated community to give us a fake sense of security within our island. Then use our people to push them and use that to separate us even further as a people. Unfortunately most of us won't even see this. So sad 22/ 33Mil to a person that makes $8k ja a week is impossible...
KMT.. that is what housing trust is for. NHT..
Nowhere in Kingston is for the average Jamaican, buy in St Catherine and travel back and forth for work.
