It’s nice, fresh but a run o’ the mill unit and frankly there’s nothing about it to justify the asking price..I’ll start with the most glaring: no basic appliances which is the standard nowadays
I like the property. The finishes are nice, my only issue is the strobbing lights, I don't like them, it would bother my eyes. I like the bathrooms, the finishes are cool especially the shower head. The balcony could be a nice little spot to chill out in the evenings/night and enjoy the greenery. Overall the apartment is good. The cost is a way high, but I get it. It's prime real estate and is convenient for persons who work in the corporate area. No ordinary worker can afford to pay 1700 Usd for rent. I believe that these apartments will all be rented soon. Good job as always Ackeem. 👏

it’s a pretty apartment but for $1700 a month I would need a stove and refrigerator and washer and dryer in the unit that should be standard. Not just the rain showerhead. It’s nice though other than that.
I actually rented it a week after this video came out for said price

Why in the world would someone put horrible strobe lights in their home? Did you know that can bring on seizures in some ppl. This has to be a mistake. I'm completely mystified...😩

No need to keep turning those awful strobing lights on, I assume there is a standard setting? The internal doors don’t appear to be solid wood, rather a composite type of door? Rather off layout, other than that it’s okay 👌🏽 but I’d have expected it furnished or at least an option for that price

Nothing enticing about this building big and out dated the kitchen jam up in to a corner the walking closet looking stupid only thing looking good is the outside of the building the inside is a mess
