After 7 years of holding on to this video, I am very happy to see it finally published on the channel again. I remember this one as a big classic, and it used to use CZcamss Text Box feature to tell us what signal did what.

Reminds me of the thunderbolt vid where it was on its last leg. It was set to a high RPM and was sounding funny until it couldn't take it anymore and stopped working.

Is pulse harder on the blower than any other signal are?

Yes. Although it just means the relief valve will pop open a little more than it would on a regular HiLo signal.
