    What do you do with dead cells? Are they kept in suspension when you centrifuge?

      Centrifugation is used to pellet live cells while dead cells and debris often remain in the supernatant, which is then discarded. However, this isn't perfect, and some live cells might be lost in the process. But they are of low consequence when doing subculture.

    suspension cells in a T150??? Aren't they meant for adhesive cells? This seems more of a adherent cell line split to me. Was there trypsin involved?

      Not my video but there are flat-bottom flasks intended for suspension cells (e.g. Sarstedt Cat#83.3911.500)
