The Band is an official band for YGE for touring and stuffs...They are called THE BAND SIX... they were formed in 2012 for BIGBANG's World Tour since then they have been working with YGE especially/mostly with BIGBANG and BLACKPINK ... Every concert you see from YG Artists has Live Bands... YG Artists are even called the Kings/Queen of live performances bcoz their live performances are way way better than their MV and to think that their MVs are high quality and high budgets with literally no green screen (yeah there were few in some MVs but mostly they use practical sets only) ... Their performances are free flowing with a level of energy that's guaranteed to keep the audience pumped. When they performed at Coachella virtually no one in the crowd knew who they were but if watch the fancams you can tell the impact they had regardless. Anyway, they're already talking next tour so you'll get your chance.

Humble girls, even they are already on top. I've been quite familiar with Kpop music because I used to watch Kpop TV series, and the moment I saw the very first video of BlackPink, I stan them right away. I became an instant fan. They took my breath away. Their performances during Korean award shows especially their first MAMA appearance where other Kpop idols were shocked and amazed by them. Take note, they were rookies at that time. I remember BTS especially Jungkok (who's big already by that time) were jamming with their 1st MAMA stage performance. Just like in one of the videos I watched, Blackpink was set up to be different from the other Kpop girl groups (which the company has acheived). So you must also check out their award shows performances.

Most Kpop groups have japanese versions of their songs. It is because Japan is one of the big market aside from US and they don't really understand Korean, so it's good for them to attract more fanbase and popularity. Also, rap parts are translated to English.
