These officials enjoy unquestionable domination.they are powerful peons of ruling political parties .that's why they behave like this in courts.

These officers increase pressure on courts by adopting irregular and arbitrary procedures creating hell for general public. These officers also wasting office time which could be used for people’s works. Further precious time of courts can otherwise be used to dispose of more important matters of needy people. It has become quite rampant now. These officials should be punished severely and for such criminal behaviour. But to date no such action has been taken. An administration cannot be run seamlesslywith such flagrant disregard to rules and laws.
