Quick caldereta from FilaManila

Quick caldereta using @filamanila8345 that I found at Rainbow Grocery in SF.
Just added morels, eggplant, broccoli, bell pepper, and olives (basically whatever I had left in the fridge 😁) and it came out tasty! I do wish there was a bit more tomato flavor in the sauce, so maybe next time Ima remix this shit with some Rao’s yah diiiig?

just dont add the eggplant, it's for kare kare. Caldereta only has potato, peppers and carrots simmered with tomato and liver sauce, plus your choice of protein
