💪 Insertion: Quadriceps tendon, which inserts into the patellar ligament, which inserts onto the tibial tuberosity

💪 Artery: Femoral artery

I was wondering which muscle it was that was extremely sore after leg day. I knew it couldn’t of been the rectus femoris because it wasn’t a large area of soreness, but rather a strip of soreness. Glad I know which specific muscle it is now.
