Preparation for Backward 3 turns | Improver Learn to Ice Skate Series

Ice Skating follows some easy logic of opposites.
Push back, you'll move forward and so on.
For our turns we have learned (when skating forward 3 turns) to rock into the front rocker area for sage and clean turns.
Now we must adjust to using the opposite area of our blade for backward turns.
This is a gentle intro to bring you a stage closer to executing backward 3 turns.
