Those Texas Frog Horns😂
One shining moment I can't wait dancing NCAA
That VCU pick! Love it!
This will be the bracket I could see have a variety of different Final Four picks coming from.
1:38 Boy Clark Kellogg was on point on that. Should’ve known UConn is at their best in the West
That sweet 16 game UCLA v Gonzaga is going to be the an awesome game in this bracket. Rematch of April 3 2021 final 4 game.
MARCH MADNESS IS HERE.
Gonzaga doesn't get past TCU. But I like your UCLA pick there-
@@haveyoureyesopened Gonzaga played the most difficult non-confrence schedule. It will be a good game. One of our brackets will be busted..
March Madness is pure magic. Hookem Hornz
nice info!
💪
Why wasn’t rutgers in???? Doesn’t make sense…
Kansas got hosed. Most Quad 1 wins and they get sent out West in the same region as west coast schools as St. Mary's, Gonzaga, and UCLA.
Yup. And the dumb committee chair's reason was that Houston was 15-2 in Quad 1 AND 2 games, but Kansas was 21-7. But Kansas had 17 Quad 1 wins to Houston's 7. What's the point of separating out Quad 1 from Quad 2 if the committee is going to just combine them? And had Houston's loss to Temple been a quad 2 loss, they would be 15-3, but it was a QUAD 3 loss to Temple. So lose to a worse team, but get rewarded by the committee? Makes zero sense. Then he said that the injury to Sasser played a role in keeping Houston ahead of KU. Um... Kevin McCullar was out for KU against Texas AND Bill Self was gone. This committee was a total joke and the explanation for Houston over KU was terrible. The lesson this year is to schedule a bunch of cupcakes during the nonconference season because all that mattered to the committee was how many wins you got, not whether or not they were high quality.
@@jeffj83 Houston's better lol talk about quads all u want i got the cougars
@@jeffj83
So Houston gets rewarded for the very same factors that so many other teams got punished for (Key player injured)?
@@jeffj83kansas did deserve to be in midwest but there’s many factors that come into play when seeding. Texas could’ve got a one seed by the way they beat kansas in regular season and the conference tourney but didn’t.
Texas Froghorns?
hahahahaha!
Do you all not look at the decibels when posting 😂😂
THE UCONN HUSKIES ARE GOING BACK TO THE FINAL FOUR & WIN #5..
LET'S GO HUSKIES BABY
Ou called it they did
West bracket notes:
1. Since 2017, the defending national champion has not gotten past the first weekend.
2. UConn was previously a #5 seed in that region a year ago (faced VCU in the Bahamas that same season)
3. In non-conference play, UCLA lost a close game to Illinois in Las Vegas thus matched up with Northwestern.
4. In Grand Canyon’s previous tournament appearance, the Antelopes were the #15 seed in Gonzaga’s bracket (lost to #2W Iowa in 2021).
Penn State should be a 7th seed and MSU 10th seed!
Grand Canyon Shock the world baby Lopes up 💜🤘🏾
Forks up 🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿
Let's talk about Nevada getting in over OK St and Rutgers. Do you think the fact that the chairman of the selection committee, Chris Reynolds, played for the Hoosiers just after Alford helped their chances? Rhetorical question of course.
Rock chalk
Which game are you guys are going to focus on?
I want to see the Texas Froghorns play. Hook 'em Frogs! I'm not a TCU Horned Frogs fan, but it was definitely funny seeing them get confused with the Texas Longhorns. Edit.- It's at the very end. Mr./ Kellogg was pretty excited reviewing the matchups.
UConn vs Iona
VCU against Saint Mary’s
All of them
From this bracket and in the first round, the VCU st. Mary's game because it's 12 vs 5 and the Arkansas Illinois game, because that is who my Hawks will be playing in round 2.
I hope Howard beats Kansas, especially because my older brother Jacob goes to Arkansas Razorbacks university!! I want the Texas Longhorns to win the whole thing because I was born in Austin Texas and I live in Austin Texas!! I want a 16 seed beating a 1 seed this year!! I’ve been anxious about that!! Also I want to see Iona finally get past the first round!! It can really help Arkansas go very far in the tournament if they win and if Howard defeats Kansas!!
Nah Brodie tf is you smoking?
@@hiitsmorgan5431 Bro is probably 5 years old chill lolll😭
I’m 16 years old!!
Put the crackpipe down.
Arkansas making the final 4🥱
WHAT IS NEVADA DOING IN THE TOURNAMENT
Steve Alford?
Tough bracket
I get a feeling Greg Gumbel would throw a tantrum if doesn't get to host Selection Sunday. He hosts it every single year! But at the same time, it's become a tradition. Regardless, here you go Greg, your milk bottle. 🍼
I love kansas but i see an upset somewhere 2nd or 3rd round
Arkansas, Uconn, and UCLA. Based upon the highest seeds to face possible is what Kansas may have to deal with.
3:03 Uncle Roger university
As a Kansas fan I'm not liking Kansas' chances of repeating, now that I've seen the bracket they're in. After the first round they will have no easy games even if there are upsets.
Arkansas gon be tuff to beat with everyone healthy
Same
The committee absolutely jobbed Kansas.
@@Da-yd1yl agree If Arkansas beat Illinois, is Arkansas I see beating Kansas.
@@adriansmith5279 I agree
ARKANSAS LETS GO HOGS
ILLINI BLEED ORANGE AND BLUE BABY 🔹🔸
🐾UCONN takes the West 🐾
Remember when Uconn wins 3 titles and go to the Final Four out west.
az beat all the teams they lost too and beat ucla twice in the last week once at ucla and at vegas why would they not be in the west and let the sellouts be closer to the big ten 12 ?
ie, Houston was more competitive in their losses with the 96th toughest schedule and 4 quad 1 wins? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA🤣😂😛🤔
Seriously such a freaking joke. That committee chair needs to never be invited back to the selection process again.
Automatic Bids for the ridiculous conference tournament champions is the most absurd things in all of sports. It is human dumbness at the highest level. The regular season champion of each conference is much more deserving of an automatic bid. That is basic human intelligence.
I completely agree. The regular season title rewards the full body of work. The tournament winner is just a team that got hot for 3 days. It would definitely more accurately reflect more quality teams if it rewarded the regular season winner with the bid.
Money
@@jeffj83 if you cant win your conference how they gonna win March madness games
Vandy wouldve cooked atleast 50 of these teams😔
I think it is a very bad message for UNC to not play in the NIT. I have agreed with and been in support of Coach Davis, but I think this is a mistake. The team needs to g o and be successful by winning the NIT championship. An even bigger mistake th e Committee decision to omit the great Tarheels. Shame on the selection Committee
UNC didn't deserve to be in the Big Tournament this year. Did you even watch them this year????
ILL
The fact Arizona or UCLA isn’t a 1 seed in the west region is laughable
Call me when you've got 17 Quad 1 victories.
Texas could’ve gotten a 1 with how they smoked kansas
UCLA was the overall #2 by actual seed lines in part because they won their conference regular season.
Grand Canyon will beat gonzaga
Bracket buster!
Lol
@@jacob45415 upsets happened
@@douglasdavis8395 anything is possible
@@markjones2518 there won’t be any 13 14 or 15s I mean it can happen but I don’t see any
My final predictions for the West Region:
First Round:
#1 Kansas defeats #16 Howard
#8 Arkansas defeats #9 Illinois
#5 Saint Mary's defeats #12 VCU
#13 Iona defeats #4 UConn
#6 TCU defeats (Prediction:) #11 Arizona State
#3 Gonzaga defeats #14 Grand Canyon
#7 Northwestern defeats #10 Boise State
#2 UCLA defeats #15 UNC Asheville
Second Round:
#1 Kansas defeats #8 Arkansas
#5 Saint Mary's defeats #13 Iona
#3 Gonzaga defeats #6 TCU
#7 Northwestern defeats #2 UCLA
Sweet 16:
#1 Kansas defeats #5 Saint Mary's
#3 Gonzaga defeats #7 Northwestern
Elite 8:
#3 Gonzaga defeats #1 Kansas
Result for Gonzaga: Lose in Final Four to #2 Texas
Man Kansas got another easy bracket again
this is pretty clearly the roughest quadrant of the bracket this year lol what are you on
The west region has UCLA, Gonzaga, St Mary’s, UConn, AND TCU. Kansas has the hardest road to the championship out of all the 1 seeds.
Dude, KenPom has UCLA, UConn, AND Gonzaga all ranked AHEAD of Kansas. KU got absolutely hosed. KU might have gotten the toughest draw of any 1-seed EVER.
@Hiitsmorgan and I see the toughest 2nd Round opponents for any 1 seed.
@@adriansmith5279 Purdue got it bad with Memphis or FIU. Both teams with better PGs than Purdue. That will be their weakness for sure
How is Arizona Sonoran desert 🏜️🌵 yes I not in the West
