    Considering what you were starting with, arguably, pound for pound, one of your best result walkthroughs

    I haven't seen any other clinic do a wet comb through like that. Nice to you show your work under so much scrutiny, awesome job. You guys should show the donor area wet too!

      Believe it or not transplants look more natural when they are wet which is why loads of clinics show a wet comb not a dry comb through.

    This looks exactly like my hair I booked a transplant with you I can’t wait to see the results! I think I would want to go a little more dense in the front and just come back at a later point to do the back

    A huge transformation with an economy of grafts used.

    Wow that scar is really well hidden. Is that a typical placement for the FUT donor area?

    Do you do procedures at your Philadelphia location? Or are they done by other doctors?

    Hey, I am looking for some advice regarding which transplant technique is should go for as I need around 1200 to 1400 grafts. I talked DHI clinic and others but everyone does FUE not FUT and I confused. But you always FUT is gold standard. Would appreciate if you could advice

    Do you do any 3,000 graft FUE surgery's?

    • @mwjgcreeves4984
      @mwjgcreeves4984 Před 3 lety +1

      That's waaaay too many grafts for FUE, any *responsible Doctor* would at least advice you. The most you should get on average is around 1500 and that's kinda stretching it, to be honest.
      I got 1200 but I was a NW2 with pre-existing temple points. In the future, should I need further work (unlikely because of Proscar and family history), I will be most likely doing an FUT/FUE combination.
      *Why the limit on FUE?* Simple.
      It's a bigger gamble in regards to the health of the grafts, exponentially so the more you do. The higher up the Norwood Scale you are, the more pragmatic you wanna be with your limited donor area. Would you rather end up as a NW1 with low density or a NW2 with much better density? And this is taking the transection risk difference out of the equation, which is foolish at best and follicle-slaughtering at worse.
      Take care and do your research!
